• Financial advisory and consultation services
• Documentation assistance for financial product applications
• Referral and distribution of mutual fund and investment products in partnership with registered entities
• Insurance referral services in association with IRDAI-licensed insurance companies

We are not a bank, NBFC, insurance company, or asset management company. We act as an intermediary/distributor between you and regulated financial institutions.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or an NRI with valid documentation
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Not misrepresent your financial status or eligibility

4. Financial Advice Disclaimer

The information and recommendations provided by Macro Distribution are for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. While our advisors are trained professionals, all financial decisions should be made after careful consideration of your individual circumstances.

5. Investment Disclaimer

Macro Distribution acts only as a distributor and is not liable for claims settlement or policy terms, which are governed by the respective insurance company's policy document.

7. Loan Referral Terms

Macro Distribution acts as an authorized referral agent for banks and NBFCs. The following terms apply to loan-related services:

• Loan approvals are at the sole discretion of the lending institution based on their credit policies.
• Interest rates, processing fees, and loan amounts are determined by the lender and may vary from indicative figures.
• We do not guarantee loan approval for any applicant.
• Application processing fees charged by lenders are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
• Macro Distribution may receive referral commissions from lending partners. These are disclosed as per AMFI and RBI fair practices guidelines.

8. Refund Policy

Macro Distribution primarily earns through distributor commissions from product manufacturers (banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurance companies). For any advisory or consultation fees directly charged:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
• If a service could not be delivered due to our error or inability, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refund requests must be raised in writing within 7 days of the service date to primecredit93@gmail.com.
• No refunds are applicable for loan application processing fees or insurance premiums, which are governed by the respective lender/insurer.

9. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all applications and forms
• Not submit fraudulent or misleading documents to financial institutions
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or anti-money-laundering purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws including FEMA, Income Tax Act, and PMLA regulations
• Notify us promptly if any information provided changes after submission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Macro Distribution website — including text, graphics, logos, calculator tools, and page designs — is the intellectual property of Macro Distribution and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Macro Distribution shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
• Decisions made by lending institutions, insurance companies, or mutual fund houses
• Market fluctuations or investment losses in any financial product
• Technical errors, downtime, or unauthorized access to our website

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction for all legal proceedings shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
